How do I then sell the portfolio?
On receipt of Grant of Probate, we shall lodge this with the respective Registrar by special delivery and on verification of the shareholding(s), we shall prepare the relevant forms to facilitate their disposal.
These forms should be completed and signed by the Executors/Administrators and returned to our office together with the original Share Certificates and Executor's/Administrator's certified copy Identification Documentation.
We shall then arrange the disposal of shares on behalf of the Estate and furnish you with Contract Notes.
When will I receive payment?
On settlement of the trades, payment will be forwarded via BACS to the Bank Account nominated on our Application Form. This account MUST be in the name of the Executors/Administrators or the Solicitor firm who extracted the Grant of Probate. Third party payments are not allowed under any circumstances.
